Waterton is a real estate investment and management firm that values performance and excellence. The AVP, Acquisitions will be responsible for originating and evaluating multifamily acquisition opportunities on the West Coast, conducting due diligence, and analyzing financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family acquisitions
• Familiarity with West Coast markets preferred
• Superior analytical and investigative skills
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with financial modeling
