Concierge

We are seeking a talented Concierge to join our team at Waterton, a real estate investment and management firm. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain good relations with residents, and have a passion for exceeding expectations.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, all customers, vendors and co-workers
• Open doors for residents and their guests when entering and exiting the building
• Provide access for residents’ guests, delivery and service personnel
• Monitor entrances and exits, and all activity in the front lobby and property entrances
