Floating Leasing Specialist

As a Floating Leasing Specialist, you will assist all communities in the Los Angeles market by selling and renewing residential apartment leases, tour the community, follow up with prospective residents, and prepare lease packages.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one-year of sales or customer service experience is a plus!
