Maintenance Technician I

As a Waterton Service (Maintenance) Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment, prepare apartments for occupancy, complete resident service requests and repairs, and maintain a hazard-free community.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
