Maintenance Technician I

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. The role involves completing unit make-readies, conducting preventative maintenance, completing service requests, performing janitorial duties, and maintaining a hazard-free community.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems
