Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment, complete unit make-readies, conduct preventative maintenance, and assist in maintaining a hazard-free community.
Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
