Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. Your responsibilities include completing unit make-readies, conducting preventative maintenance, completing service requests, performing janitorial duties, and maintaining a hazard-free community.
