Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. You will complete unit make-readies, conduct preventative maintenance, complete service requests, perform janitorial duties, and help to maintain a hazard-free community.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience
- EPA-CFC Certification is strongly preferred
- EPA-LBP certification is required for any property older than 1978
