Requirements

• Collaboratively plans and performs research and data collection
• Designs and supports engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to determine impact on the client’s development opportunity
• Uses interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to ground all ideas in research insights and constraints
• Guides Analysts and other team members on projects and shares experience, encourages original thinking, and helps ensure alignment throughout the project
• Writes comprehensive and expert reports for various stakeholders
• Produces financial modelling to appraise hotel and mixed-use developments
• Works closely with the Senior Consultant and Advisory Director and team to ensure project success
