Landscape Designer

WATG is hiring a Landscape Designer for our office in Los Angeles, CA. The Landscape Designer works with the project team and assists in the overall development of the project design, site plans, specifications, production of presentation drawings, and sketches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Recent graduate to 4+ years of experience in landscape architecture and/or site design
• On track to get a landscape architecture license preferred
• Environmental accreditation preferred
• Proficient technical knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator, and AutoCAD; Revit and Rhino experience preferred
• Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills, visualization, and digital graphic skills
• Experience with developing concept plans at different scales
• Effective communication skills in verbal presentation, written narrative, and graphic representation
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines consistently
• Ability to work in a team environment
