Logistics Manager

Role Overview

Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of the distribution network, managing key strategic initiatives and ensuring their effective execution from start to finish. Continuously evaluate the current logistics structure to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvement.

What You Will Do

Coordinate bids and negotiate cost structures with logistics providers, manage relationships with carriers, forwarders, and logistics operators, and define and implement performance metrics to measure results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Supply Chain for global companies or multinational environments
• 2 years of experience in a Manager position
• Certifications (desirable) such as Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
