Job Description
Watts is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant production equipment, utilities, and supporting facility systems. The successful candidate will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive equipment uptime improvement, and oversee maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- High-volume or automated manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Proven background in troubleshooting and maintaining automated and electromechanical equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
