Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a sales capacity
- Strong understanding of the plumbing wholesale channel and contractor market
- Proven business development skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with effective tactical execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
