Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We're Watts, a leading brand in water solutions, and we're reimagining the future of water. We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead cross-functional teams and develop manufacturing processes for our New Product Development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years relevant and progressive manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with standard New Product Development processes and associated manufacturing deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to think deeply and critically of processes
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of Lean fundamentals
• Demonstrated experience with new product development workflow and stage gates
