Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Watts is a leading brand in water solutions, and we're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and systems to create products that delight our customers. This role is based in Germantown, WI, and reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years relevant and progressive manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience using office software products used in spreadsheets, documents, and presentations as well as with CAD software
• Demonstrated ability to think deeply and critical of processes
• Demonstrated Six Sigma problem solving project work
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of Lean fundamentals
• Demonstrated Capital or large equipment implementation project work
• Demonstrated experience with new product development workflow and stage gates
• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
