Job Description
The ERP Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic advancement of the organization’s ERP and business intelligence environments.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary system owner for the ERP platform
- Partner with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Project Management, and Finance to understand business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
- Develop and maintain ERP reports, queries, and dashboards to support operational and financial decision-making
- Train end users on ERP functionality, best practices, and standard processes
- Provide day-to-day oversight of IT systems, integrations, and data flows
