5-8 years of experience in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Talent management, or HRBP in a high-growth environment and A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent

7+ years of experience in operations related to cash flow, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a comparable field

3+ years of experience in Facilities, Office Management or a similar position, and a Degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field

5+ years of experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee experience, degree in HR, Labor Law, or related field, fluency in English

At least 2 years of relevant work experience, specifically managing an agent network in Cameroon, and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing field-based teams

Degree in HR or related field, fluent in French and English, excellent communication skills, and great organizational skills

8+ years of experience managing large field teams, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills

5+ years of experience in a similar position, degree in Administration or logistics, and strong administrative and organizational skills

2+ years experience in cash management, strong French proficiency, and previous experience in customer service or banking sector

7+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in financial reporting standards, 4+ years of management experience
