Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop the Product Marketing function at Wave, a company that helps small businesses thrive. The role involves managing a team, developing product marketing strategies, and driving growth through experimentation and learning.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS
- Experience managing other PMMs
- Operated in a product-led SaaS model and understand adoption-driven and lifecycle growth
- Effective people leader who can coach, scale, and inspire a team
- Highly cross-functional and comfortable influencing without authority
- Expert at connecting positioning and GTM strategy directly to product usage, growth, and revenue outcomes
- Empathy for small business owners and a strong customer-first mindset
