IT Lab and GxP Systems Support Co-op (Fall 2026)

Wave Life Sciences is a biotechnology company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Lab and GxP Systems Support Co-op to join their Co-op Program. This role offers hands-on experience supporting IT systems in a regulated laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day IT support for laboratory and GxP-regulated systems
• Collaborate with IT Technical Specialists, Business Analysts, and the broader IT Operations team
• Manage and resolve support tickets using the FreshService platform
• Communicate effectively with lab users, IT team members, and mentors
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base (KB) articles
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
