Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Co-op (Fall 2026)

Wave Life Sciences is a biotechnology company seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Co-op for a 6-month full-time assignment to develop tools, agents, and automations around Copilot. The role will involve supporting the deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven tools across IT operations, enhancing productivity, security, and user experience.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Software Engineering, or related bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college/university (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
• Curiosity for LLM/agent design, prompt engineering, and the Power Platform; willingness to learn Copilot Studio quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate user needs into simple flows and write clear documentation
• Security-first mindset and readiness to learn Wave’s AI policy and data handling practices
• Well-organized; able to work in a team and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment; able to take direction and complete routine tasks independently over time
