Wave Sports & Entertainment is seeking an expert social media producer and strategist to join the Not Gonna Lie social team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional social media content, managing large online communities, and developing/executing social strategies for engagement, virality, and growth.

Requirements

• Develop brand identity on social and execute a programming strategy that leverages video, images, memes, and social trends
• Creatively produce short video content stemming from long-form (YouTube shows) for distribution on social
• Content distribution across all platforms, inclusive of copywriting, schedule ownership, post-tracking
• Community management of a growing audience
• Collaborate with Sales/Brand teams to execute live activations and sold/sponsor content obligations
• Utilize platform/internal analytics to track performance, understand audience behaviors, and refine content strategies
