LTL Manager leads a team to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability by strengthening carrier and customer relationships, optimizing processes, and expanding LTL service capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of LTL brokerage, carrier management, or transportation operations experience
- Strong understanding of LTL pricing structures, tariffs, routing, and industry software platforms
