Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior design role in a fast-paced startup environment
• Portfolio of shipped work showing strong visual and interaction design
• Experience designing thoughtful user journeys and edge cases across multi-step workflows
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
