Wayfinder Family Services is a California‑based nonprofit that delivers comprehensive support to children, youth, adults, and families facing vision loss, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other life challenges. Since 1953, the organization has served more than 21,000 individuals each year through a continuum of services—including foster care, transitional and residential housing, early intervention, special education, mental health, rehabilitation, and social work—tailored to the unique needs of each client. Wayfinder’s distinctive advantage lies in its integrated, cross‑silo approach that addresses the complex, intersecting issues of vulnerable populations, making it the only human services provider in the state to combine specialized visual impairment programs with a full spectrum of disability and family services. By bridging gaps in care and fostering empowerment, Wayfinder helps clients achieve independence, health, and quality of life.
At Wayfinder Family Services, we provide early intervention services to children from birth to three years old with severe motor delays, feeding delays, and other disabilities. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will provide direct intervention in the child's natural environment, coordinate scheduling, and provide comprehensive case management services.
