Job Description
At Wayfinder Family Services, we provide training to adults ages 55 and older who are visually impaired to assist them in living independently. The Program Manager will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of services supporting individuals who are blind or visually impaired through the Older Individuals who are Blind (OIB) program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership position
- Experience working with clients with visual impairments preferred
