Job Description
Wayfinder Family Services is seeking a Transition Services Coordinator to work with teenagers and young adults who are blind or visually impaired to explore careers and transition to independent living, college, or the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Certification program or degree in a vision-related field (preferred)
- Two years of experience in education and/or rehabilitation
- Two years of managing department and supervising staff
- Valid California Driver's License with good driving history
