Job Description

The AI Operations Analyst will work with the sales team to identify opportunities for AI to improve sales efficiency, conversion, and forecasting, and build and deploy AI-powered solutions to address these opportunities.
Requirements
- Embed with sales, RevOps, and marketing teams to observe workflows first-hand and identify areas for improvement
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions using tools like Claude, automation platforms, and lightweight Python/SQL
- Design AI-assisted workflows for tasks like lead scoring, call prep, and deal summarization
- Measure the impact of AI-powered solutions and use that to prioritize future development
