Job Description
Wayflyer is seeking a Senior Portfolio Intelligence Analyst to own and drive portfolio intelligence that shapes how Wayflyer manages portfolio performance and risk. The role involves leading portfolio monitoring and performance reviews, developing dashboards and KPIs, and working closely with Revenue, Underwriting, Decision Science, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in credit risk, portfolio strategy, or lending performance management
- Deep understanding of SME, Wholesale, or Ecommerce credit portfolios
- Proven ability to interpret portfolio data and translate it into strategic recommendations
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Omni, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience analysing loss performance and using those insights to refine underwriting, policy, or pricing frameworks
- Strategic mindset with comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- High attention to accuracy and detail, with strong storytelling skills
