Requirements

• Bilingual - competent speaking and writing both Japanese and English
• 5+ years experience in an automotive technician or automotive engineering role
• Mastery of automotive diagnostic strategies, service methods, and tools covering electrical, including high voltage powertrains, mechanical, and networking (e.g. CAN)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and executives
