Partner Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to help connect people with the magic and impact of Waymo's autonomous driving technology. The role will involve collaborating with Product, Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing stakeholders to determine partnership opportunities and deliverables, as well as negotiating and creating high-ROI marketing partnerships across various industries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, high-stakes negotiation, and large-scale activations in-house or in an agency environment for B2C brands
• Proven track record leading complex business negotiations with positive results
• Experience bringing to life multi-channel marketing partnerships and consumer promotions with significant brand and operational impact
• Compelling verbal and written communication skills with standout strength building rapport, advocating for the business, and tailoring approaches to the audience
• Dynamic, big picture strategic thinking coupled with detail-oriented, hands-on execution
