Job Description
Waymo is a leading autonomous driving technology company focused on building the Waymo Driver to improve mobility and safety. The Principal Software Engineer, Simulation Efficiency Lead, will be responsible for setting the technical direction of Waymo's simulation infrastructure, aligning short-term and long-term goals, and ensuring efficiency and performance improvements. This role requires a leader with experience in large-scale systems and stakeholders. Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience as a hands-on software engineer
