Waymo is seeking an Operation System Manager to develop operational systems, drive process improvement initiatives, and lead teams to improve operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate has 17+ years of experience in operations management, program management, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 17+ years of experience in operations management, program management, and/or process improvements
• Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Solid experience planning for and managing large-scale, complex projects
• Excellent people management skills
• Bachelor's Degree(s) in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field in technology focused industry
