Job Description
Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. is a family business seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to join their Fort Myers, FL, branch. The Foreman will lead the installation of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and multi-family settings, supervising fitters and helpers on-site. The role involves performing sprinkler work, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe completion of projects, and interpreting blueprints and installation instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a fire sprinkler foreman or in a related role
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installing fire sprinkler systems
- Ability to read blueprints and conduct system testing
- Strong leadership abilities and previous experience supervising teams of Fitters and Helpers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
