Job Description
The Manager in Training (MIT) Program at Wayne-Sanderson Farms is a 12-month structured training program that cultivates early talent into future leaders within the company. Participants develop critical leadership skills and learn to interact with others, navigate conflicts, and drive results.
Requirements
- College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) OR completed college degree by MIT start date.
- Early Career (0-3 years of experience).
- Must be able to relocate within company geographic footprint.
