Job Description
Wayve is hiring a Director of Fleet Operations Execution to lead the global delivery of on-road testing across all programs and geographies. This role is responsible for translating technical testing requirements into real-world delivery, managing regional test teams, and partnering closely with Engineering and Product to ensure our autonomous and assisted driving systems are exercised, validated, and ready to scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site technical operations or testing delivery
- Strong cross-functional program leadership skills — particularly in high-velocity or R&D settings
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering, Product, and Test/Validation teams to deliver programs on the road
- Excellent command of operational planning, milestone tracking, and structured execution
- Confident in interpreting technical requirements and turning them into executable delivery plans
- Experience managing and scaling distributed teams, ideally across regions or time zones
