The Assessment Team Speech Pathologist will serve as a critical member of multidisciplinary evaluation teams and service provider teams in supporting speech/language/communication needs of preschool students.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of the theory, principles, and methods of speech-language pathology
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Apps
- Strong interpersonal relationship and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team concept
- Ability to independently resolve problems
- Ability to organize information from multiple sources
- Ability to select, learn, and administer appropriate assessment and treatment activities
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, students, parents, external agencies, and the public
