We Are Sharing Hope SC is South Carolina's federally designated Organ Procurement Organization, coordinating organ and tissue recovery for more than 80 hospitals statewide. The organization delivers comprehensive donor services, including donor identification, organ allocation, and post‑donation support, while educating over 4.6 million residents about the life‑saving benefits of donation. Staff provide compassionate, family‑centered care during bereavement, framing donation as a meaningful continuation of a loved one’s legacy.
