We Are Social is looking for a seasoned Creative Director to join their growing team. The role involves leading and inspiring the creative department to deliver high-quality, innovative campaigns that align with client identities.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience working within an agency or internal brand team with creative leadership experience
• Proven track record of creating breakthrough social media content for tech and/or entertainment brands
• Strong communicator who treats co-workers and clients with empathy and respect
• Ability to oversee both visual and narrative components of large-scale campaigns
• Experience crafting creative strategies that are grounded in market data and client KPIs
