We Are Social is a creative agency powered by social connections. We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and work across our key accounts, delivering a varied selection of content for distribution in social channels. The role involves project management, team management, and client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on operations, team management and project planning.
- Knowledgeable on social platforms formats and guidelines
- Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working, good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes, and enjoy the pace and challenges this brings
- Proactive and good at foreseeing problems, with the ability to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified, propose creative solutions, and know when to escalate issues
- Detail oriented and takes responsibility for fulfilling all components of the project/retainer deliverables
- Confident and positive with a 'can-do' attitude
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Strong understanding and experience in managing project financials
- Highly proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini) and Slack. Baseline knowledge of Asana and other PM and A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Workbook
