Research & Insights Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Research & Insights Manager to join our team in Munich or Berlin on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media, digital trends, and online culture, and will be able to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the agency, research, strategy, or social media field
• Very good understanding of social media, digital trends, and online culture
• Experience in dealing with data, reports, and analysis tools
• Interest in communication, consumer behavior, and cultural development
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
