Senior Strategist

We Are Social is looking for a Senior Strategist to join their growing strategy team. The role involves partnering with different teams to define how a brand shows up and wins in culture, developing creative briefs and comms plans, and presenting to clients with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years previous creative agency experience in a strategic role
• Obsessive about the future of social media, culture and audience behavior
• Saves every ad and has experience partnering with paid media teams
• A passion for simplifying complex problems into clear and compelling POVs
• Ability to work on strategic responses to client briefs with minimal oversight
• Ability to elevate thinking beyond tactics to bigger, bolder ways in
• Ability to translate research and data into meaningful insights
• Deep interest or experience in tech and AI is a big plus!
