Job Description
As an Environmental Field Inspector, you will conduct inspections of client properties to identify environmental pathogens such as mold, VOCs, and mycotoxins. This is a diagnostic, investigative, and documentation-driven position requiring technical rigor and professionalism.
Requirements
- Strong growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Reliable transportation for onsite visits to client's homes
- Ability to travel without restriction within the US
- Valid license to drive rental vehicles
- 2+ years experience in mold remediation, water restoration, lead/asbestos abatement, HVAC contracting or construction or comparable industry/role
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stoop, crawl and maneuver in small spaces such as under a house or in an attic
- Comfortable wearing required PPE during onsite inspections
- Comfortable climbing ladders
