Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business economics, marketing, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in sales, with proven success in the IT consulting industry
- More than 3 years of experience in leading sales teams
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members
