Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Client Service Associate to support senior vice president and clients by leading and implementing the client service model. This role involves facilitating new account setup, responding to client requests, and maintaining client files. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. The position is part-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of $25.00-$27.00 per hour.
Requirements
- 4-year degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service/administrative experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
- Professional presence and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Schwab and Fidelity platforms experience is a plus
