Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Client Service Associate to act as the primary liaison between clients and Managing Director & Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing a future career as a Financial Advisor.
Requirements
- 4-year degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service /administrative experience within a wealth management/financial administration
- Willingness to obtain a CFP certification
- Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
- Professional presence and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience a plus
