Job Description
Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Marketing Manager | Integrations to lead marketing integration from signed LOI through 90+ days post-close, translating deal complexity into clear, actionable integration plans.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, M&A integration, operations, or complex project leadership
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor marketing strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments
- Proven experience managing and developing team members
