Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Retirement Plan Service Manager to oversee the administration of retirement plans, provide coaching and development to the team, and deliver exceptional client service. The role involves designing and implementing retirement plans, providing technical support, and promoting financial wellness programs.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in finance, business, or related
- 5+ years retirement plan experience
- Pension or investment designations helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL, etc.) and operations, excellent financial acuity
