Job Description
The Plant Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping logistics operation running safely, efficiently, and aligned with values. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting drivers, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring strong communication between production, customer service, and transportation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
- Effective communicator (drivers, leadership, cross-functional teams)
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
