Job Description

Requirements
- Modify, inspect, troubleshoot, repair & maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Perform all work, jobs, and tasks in compliance with specifications, procedures, all applicable governmental rules & regulations, building & safety codes, and other regulations
- Ensure safety and quality control for activities and personnel
- Provide ongoing communication regarding job/task status, deviations, and any other concerns affecting schedule, budget, staffing, safety, or other situations that would impact the company
