Job description
As Weave’s Founding AI Engineer, your job is to build AI to understand and improve the work that software engineers do. You’ll be building our processes and standards as you go to make building every incremental feature easier. Your goal will be to delight customers with intelligence that makes their job 10x easier.
You’ll be building AI to understand how engineers actually work, surface meaningful insights about productivity, quality, collaboration and impact, and help teams improve outcomes without vanity metrics or surveillance.
You must be a formidable engineer, pragmatic, empathetic, committed to becoming a great engineer, an excellent communicator, and gritty.
